On March 9, 2019, IESR Center for Policy Research held an internal seminar that brought together various scholars as well as industry representatives to have a thorough discussion on recently published “Guangzhou Comprehensive Urban Plan 2017-2035 (Draft)” and make a series of valuable recommendations on how it could be improved.
