Forum on Real Estate and Urban Policy Held at IESR

On March 25, 2017, Forum on Real Estate and Urban Policy was held at our institute. The organizer of this event – IESR Associate Dean Prof. Sisi Zhang. The forum focused on China’s real estate market policies, housing price fluctuations, urban development, and other related topics, thus serving as a great platform for effective academic discussion, exchange of ideas and important policy proposals.

60 representatives from Chinese academia as well as local real estate industry have gathered at the forum, of whom 8 experts and researchers delivered reports on current real estate price tendencies and market characteristics, mortgage risks, the impact of land price and land policy on housing prices, senior care real estate industry in China, the mode of shantytowns transformation, and other hot topics.
